Technical Director

Coach Ryan Weldon currently holds the Head Varsity coaching position for the Women’s team at Satellite High School, leading them to district and regional championships and a final four appearance. He spent 12 years with the Satellite Men’s program earning 2 district titles and a Cape Coast Conference title in 3 years as the head coach.

Ryan is also a graduate of Satellite High School. Ryan was voted 2006 Cape Coast Conference Coach of the Year and 2006 Florida Today All Space Coast Coach of the Year. He was an assistant to the team from 1997 – 2004 compiling a 110-6-10 record with the junior varsity program. In 2015, he led the U18 Satellite Beach Lightning Girls to a Region B Championship and a trip to the State Final Four.  This year he led the U11 Girls team to their first Final Four Appearance.

Ryan holds a National Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and is a nationally licensed coach under the United States Soccer Federation.  He is the director of Element Soccer School and has worked as a staff coach for No. 1 Camps- rated top soccer camp in the U.S. by Sports Illustrated. He has a Bachelor’s degree in physical education from the University of Central Florida, as well as minor degrees in athletic coaching and fitness assessment. He is currently teaching Health Education at Satellite High School.

ChadPinnick

Competitive Director

Coach Chad Pinnick holds the USSF E license and is currently completing the USSF D license. He has 12 years of coaching experience including club, high school, and specialty camps. As a former standout collegiate player Chad received a myriad of accolades. As a four year starter for Queens University he is a two time member of the NSCAA Southeast All-Region Team, is a three time Conference Carolinas All-Conference Team Member and was named to the Daktronics North Carolina College All-State Team.

AdamBeal

Recreational Director

Coach Adam Beal is a graduate of Satellite High School.  He lettered three years and was on the district champion’s team.  That year he was voted first-team All Cape Coast, first team All-District and honorable mention first-team All Space Coast by Florida Today.

Adam has held the Satellite Beach Soccer Club Recreational Director position for the past 2 years.  He has also been coaching soccer for the past 8 years leading teams to league championships (GCF and BYSL) and multiple tournament championships.

Adam spent two years as an assistant for Satellite High School Men's varsity team in 2010-2012.  He is USSF E licensed coach, and has served as a trainer with Element Soccer School for the past 10 years.  He has an Associates of Arts degree from Eastern Florida State College.

Goalkeeper Coach

Coach Ryan Beal has been around the game of soccer for the past 15 plus years as a player and coach. He has played the game at at highest competitive level in multiple positions.  Finally, he found his calling in the goal playing goalkeeper starting the U10 level up to the college level.  

Ryan is a three year varsity letter man. During his time he earned  the awards for first team All Space Coast, two time MVP, two year captain, two time All Space Coast honorable mention team, two time Cape Coast Conference first team player, and sportsmanship award recipient. He played division two college soccer at Coker College in Hartsville, South Carolina.

Ryan coaches all age groups at the club with equal levels of competition. He has served as head coach for U12, 16, 17, and 18 teams.  He holds the USSF E license.  He is also the goalkeeper coach for the Satellite High School women's team for the past 5 years.  He was the Assistant Varsity Coach for the Satellite High School men's team from 2010-2014.
